HAMA Rum Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This satisfaction guarantee is only available to first-time customers who purchase HAMA Rum products directly from our official website (https://hamarum.co.uk/). Customers who have previously made a purchase from HAMA Rum or who are not the original purchaser of the product are not eligible for this guarantee.
Guarantee Period: Customers are eligible for a refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests for refunds made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
Claim Process: To claim a refund under this guarantee, customers must contact our customer service team via email (provide email) within the guarantee period. The email should include the order number, a brief explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction, and a request for a refund. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or denial of the refund request.
Refund: Upon approval of the refund request, the purchase price of the product will be refunded to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days (specify the number of days). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
